In addition to numerous credentials and instructor certificates, Adam serves on various committees and boards, is a Regional Director for the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators, an active volunteer and holds a degree in Criminal Justice with Academic Honors.

Investigation

Assignments include criminal and civil investigations, premise liability, witness locates, interviews, witness statements, dram shop cases, expert CCTV video review and analysis.

Experience apprehending and criminal prosecution of over 1,000 offenders for crimes ranging from retail theft, fraud, assault, narcotics sales, organized retail crime, armed robbery, counterfeiting and forgery.

Adam conducts Criminal Defense Investigations for murder cases and other serious felonies. Private Defense Counsel and Court appointed work includes U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas.

The Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association has twice had Adam present to District Attorneys from across the Commonwealth.

Protection Experience & Credentials

Experience providing protective standbys at Corporate Offices, residences of government officials, Pennsylvania School Districts, Hospitals, Distribution Centers, Executive Residences, Places of Worship and Special Events across Pennsylvania. Experience establishing proactive measures for teams to protect life, property and business reputation.

Training & Certifications include those from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, advanced courses of instruction and training, law enforcement force on force simunition and active threat/shooter training exercises. Adam is also an EMT and certified with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians® NREMT.

As an avid Outdoorsman, Adam has been involved in shooting sports since childhood, has instructed since 1998, carried firearms, lethal and less lethal weapons in a professional capacity since 2001, is a certified Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor, PA State Police Lethal Weapons Agent Instructor, Safariland International Use of Force Instructor, Court appointed Defense Investigator for crimes involving firearms and homicide and regularly attends advanced training.
